Luc served 4 years with the French Navy working on the heavy maintenance of Search and Rescue patrol aircraft. Having left the Navy he joined TAT as a heavy maintenance engineer in Dinard, France.
In 1985 Luc joined Air France as a Line Maintenance Engineer in Lille, Strasbourg, Lyon, Marseille and Paris as a mechanic working on aircraft operated by TAT.
1994 saw Luc take charge of the 737 Freighter Maintenance Management and operation for Aeropostale along with Air France staff. His responsibilities included supervising the breakdown service and the inventory control of spare rotable components.
In 1996 Luc worked on the 737 and 757 aircraft as a Line Maintenance Engineer for British Airways (as TAT staff) in Nice.
Luc was nominated, in 1998, as Maintenance team leader in charge of managing, controlling the application of the procedures and the data-processing follow-up of the aircraft maintenance operations (Air Lib Technics / Toulouse / Paris).
In 2003 he worked on a project for Airbus Transport International in developing the process of Safety Management System including human factors and maintenance errors.
Luc joined Reliance Aerospace Solutions in 2004 and is now holding the position of Vice-President.
